Therapy is for women who want support with the emotional weight of ADHD. If you are feeling overwhelmed, ashamed, hard on yourself, or stuck in patterns that affect your confidence, relationships, or daily life, therapy offers a place to process that with support and understanding.
Coaching is for women who want practical, strengths-based help with moving forward. If you are looking for support with planning, follow-through, organization, time management, or reaching goals in a way that works for your brain, coaching may be the better fit.
