Does this sound familiar?
You know what needs to be done, you just can’t make yourself start.
You’ve tried planners, apps, and systems. They work for a week… and then you drop them.
You can get things done under pressure, but consistency feels out of reach.
You keep thinking you should be able to do life the way everyone else seems to.
Your motivation shows up in bursts, then burns out and you’re left feeling behind again.
Most women with ADHD aren’t lacking effort. They’re carrying the mental load, trying to stay organized, and restarting systems over and over, only to feel discouraged when consistency doesn’t stick. You may be capable and high-functioning on the outside, but internally it can feel like you’re always behind, always catching up, or always one interruption away from everything falling apart.
If you’ve been asking yourself, “Why can’t I just do it like everyone else seems to?”, you’re exactly who I work with.
WHAT STRENGTHS-BASED ADHD COACHING MEANS HERE
A unique part of working with me is using the CliftonStrengths® assessment early in our work. It helps us name what you’re naturally good at and what reliably fuels your motivation so we can build strategies that fit you, not a generic ADHD template. This isn’t about putting you in a box. It’s about building a clear map we can use to create sustainable change, not another temporary system you abandon when life gets busy.
Pinpoint what’s really breaking down
We get clear on whether the biggest friction is starting, staying organized, finishing, or transitioning—so the strategy matches the actual problem.
Reduce decision fatigue
We simplify priorities and create clearer “default choices,” so you’re not making 100 small decisions that quietly wreck your day.
Manage your energy
We start by identifying what consistently energizes you and what drains you, so your best energy isn’t spent on the wrong things and you’re not planning your days like you have unlimited capacity.
Building systems that stick
Instead of forcing yourself into someone else’s routine, we build supports that match how you naturally operate—so you don’t have to keep restarting from scratch.
Recover faster after derailment
We create a reset plan that works for you, so one off day doesn’t turn into a spiral or a lost week
Patterns & Boundaries
We also spot overcommitment patterns early and build boundaries and guardrails that protect your time and attention, so your schedule doesn’t collapse under too many “yeses” and you have enough space to follow through on what matters most.
If this feels like a good fit, I’d love to work with you.
You don’t have to keep living in stop-start cycles and self-blame. Sustainable change is possible, especially when your support is built around your strengths and your real life.

FAQs
-
No. If you have already taken CliftonStrengths®, we can use your existing results. If you have not, we can still begin coaching.
-
Many ADHD coaching approaches focus primarily on executive functioning skills like time management, organization, and productivity systems. Those tools can be useful, but they are not always enough on their own. My approach is strengths-based and focused on sustainable change, using your strengths to build practical strategies that fit your real life, and addressing common patterns that can derail progress (like perfectionism, self-criticism, overwhelm, and rejection sensitivity).
-
The assessment is purchased directly through Gallup, and pricing can vary depending on the option you choose (for example, Top 5 or the full 34 themes). I can help you choose the option that makes the most sense for your goals.
-
Yes. If you have taken CliftonStrengths® previously, you can use the same results in coaching.
