Insurance

I am a Certified Tricare non-network provider for therapy clients. This means there are some increased fees such as fulfilling your deductible upfront for Select beneficiaries, and using the Point Of Service (POS) for Prime beneficiaries.

Tricare East - Select, For Life, Reserve Select, Retired Reserve, and Young Adult

Tricare Prime - I am an Out of Network (OON) provider, although a Certified Tricare therapist, you can use a Point Of Service (POS) option which includes a deductible and then 50% session fee each session thereafter.

Other Insurances - I am considered an Out Of Network (OON) provider for all other insurances, however I can provide the form CMS 1500 which can be submitted to the insurance company (subject to your coverage) for reimbursement.*

  • I am based in Clarksville, Tennessee and provide online therapy and coaching for women across Tennessee.

  • This is dependent upon your coaching or therapy goals, which we will make an initial plan along with number of sessions. Some clients do check-in appointments every few months to stay accountable.

  • Both Coaching and Therapy sessions are $150 per 50-minutes.

    I offer a military and spouse discount of $110 per 50-minutes.

  • Therapy is for women who want support with the emotional weight of ADHD, including overwhelm, shame, burnout, anxiety, rejection sensitivity, and the ways ADHD affects confidence, relationships, and daily life.

    Coaching is for women who want practical help with executive functioning, including planning, organization, time management, getting started, follow-through, and building systems that actually work for their brain.

  • You do not need an official diagnosis for coaching and therapy to be beneficial. If you relate with the challenges on my website we can still work on those together.

  • Yes. ADHD coaching can help with executive functioning challenges such as getting started, planning, prioritizing, organizing, time management, transitions, and following through more consistently. Coaching is practical and action-oriented, with support that fits real life.
